Nedžad Fazlija (born February 25, 1968) is a Bosnian Olympic sports shooter. He was born in Foča, SR Bosnia and Herzegovina, SFR Yugoslavia.
So far the only male shooter to represent Bosnia and Herzegovina at the Olympics, he was a part of the Bosnian Olympic team at the 1996 Summer Olympics, 2000 Summer Olympics, 2004 Summer Olympics and 2008 Summer Olympics. He has reached one Olympic air rifle final, where he finished sixth.
